Prenatal Doula:

Comprehensive preparation for families wishing to have support during their pregnancy but can’t or do not wish to have an extra person on the birth day. Spend your pregnancy with access to me, an experience doula.
This package consists of an initial meet & greet to get to know each other. 2 face to face appointments during your pregnancy to cover antenatal education & information on birth planning & comfort measures for both pregnancy, birth & postpartum. These sessions are informational & practical designed to equip you & your birth support with everything you need for a positive pregnancy, birth & postpartum.
Contact & support during your pregnancy, helping you to navigate things as they happen & to feel empowered & educated throughout your experience. Access to my library of pregnancy, birth & postpartum books. 1 Postpartum visit to debrief & trouble shoot any early issues. Investment for this package is $1500. Optional:
Placenta encapsulation services if requested, a discount of $100, with no booking payment required. I offer prenatal support as an addition of any Doula package or on its own.
