Postpartum Doula:

I Love being welcomed into a family’s postpartum journey. Guiding & assisting you to
navigate the fourth trimester, I bring you my knowledge & experience from years of
working with families across Sydney. Postpartum work varies from family to family
because each family’s situation is different. Postpartum support might include; caring
for your newborn while you rest or shower. Day to day jobs, including general
cleaning and washing, cooking meals, shopping or running errands. I can also come
and help you with your new baby/babies, perhaps you need help with settling
techniques or breastfeeding support or maybe you just need someone to watch baby
while you have a rest. A Postpartum doula is there for you to leave you feeling
rested, nurtured & confident.
This package is 9 hours of support over a 2 or 3 week period. Visits are a minimum
of 3 hours long & are organised at times to best suit you. Investment for this package is $800.00
